Steel Ladder Pedal application and making solution
The ladder pedal is a deep-processed product made up of a steel grating with a combination of anti-slip strips and side panels. It is mainly used for stepping on steel ladders, so it is usually called stair treads, referred to as ladder pedals.
The ladder pedal needs to be manufactured in various sizes to match the corresponding ladder. Material have aluminum and galvanized steel.
Type of ladder pedal
According to the installation of the ladder pedal, it is divided into a welded fixed ladder pedal and a bolt-fixed ladder pedal. Among them, the welded fixed ladder pedal is a steel grating, and the bolted ladder pedal needs to be a flat steel plate for the steel grating.
According to the anti-skid requirements of the ladder pedal, it can be divided into two types: a stepped pedal with a front guard plate and a ladder pedal without a front guard plate. For safety reasons, customers are advised to use a ladder pedal with a front guard.
Ladder pedal quality requirements
(1) Tolerance requirements for ladder pedal, The total difference of the length of the ladder pedal is [0-(-1)mm], and the tolerance range of the ladder pedal is [(-1mm)-mm].
(2) Welding requirements for the ladder pedal: The welding joints of the front guard plate and the edging and each of the loaded flat steel are not less than 1 mm.
